Jamie Trussell

Emerging Leader Director

Jamie was born in Auburn, AL and remained in his beloved hometown for college.  At Auburn University, he earned a bachelor's degree in English-Literature and then proceeded to do graduate studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.  Jamie lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for three years, and upon graduating Dallas Seminary Jamie moved to Memphis where he worked for Memphis Athletic Ministries before coming on staff at DownLine.  He currently directs the Emerging Leader program at DownLine and has also served as the interim pastor of Christ Community Church in Hernando, MS.

A note from Jamie: Working with the Emerging Leaders is one of the great joys of my life.  It is my hope to bring honor to the Lord while laboring here and I look forward to the day when all things are made new.  Until that day, grace and peace.
